Your driver was great - the whole experience of MCR airport not great. Your app still directs people to the desk outside M&S which is no longer manned and we had to speak to the driver and airport staff to find the P3 pickup area A and that through no fault of yours is a long walk away (not coveted) and absolute chaos (I have fed that back to the airport)

I have used Street Cars for many years but feel they are losing their competive edge . Last two times departing Manchester airport we have been waiting around . Last night flight landed 20 mins early and yet we are still waiting for a taxi way past the pre booked time slot . Whats the point of pre booking and pre paying if somebody is not looking out for flight times ?
Landed into terminal 2 . Not one I have used in the recent past . We don’t appear to have the Street Cars desk here so felt hopelessly lost wandering around and constantly ringing for directions and updates

The taxi company sent me full details of the car which would pick me up, and a photo of the driver. As a single female I found this very reassuring. The taxi arrived promptly, the driver was friendly and I felt very safe travelling with him. Cannot fault the service and would strongly recommend them going by my experience.

Our taxi driver was exceptionally professional in all matters related to our journey. He took great care when navigating traffic and asked if my mother had a preferred route which he then followed. When arriving at my mothers house he got out and opened the door for her and assisted her out. Another driver behind was very impatient and tooted his horn numerous times. Our driver remained professional and indicated it would be one additional minute. Then he conveyed us to our hotel another 25 minutes away in a calm manner. A thoroughly professional driver. Recommended.

The driver was really lovely. Chatty which I like and showed an interest in myself as well as answering questions I asked him.
It was a very relaxed drive with no excessive spending which sometimes I have experienced. But today it was a lively smooth and comfortable drive. Thank you to the driver.
